PURPOSE:To remove an insulating film of a wire and to fix the wire to a wire terminal by soldering by use of partial heating, by providing a small-diameter part on a terminal of a cross coil type meter, and flowing a suitable current in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 4 and a shaft 5 are placed in the inside of bases 1, 2, and also winding 6 is performed to the base which has pressed and fixed into 4 places. In this state, a wire 6a of the winding 6 leaves a film, is tied up around a constricted part 3' of the terminal 3, and is fixed temporarily. In this case, when the terminal 3 is electrically conducted through electrodes 14, 15 from a controller 16 for controlling the quantity and time of conduction current, the temperature of the constricted part 3' rises, and a film of the wire 6a made of a polyurethane copper wire is removed. Also, soldering to the terminal 3 of the wire 6a can be executed by feeding solder to the constricted part 3' at the same time as thin electric conduction. In this way, a treatment of the wire connecting part is executed easily. |
