PURPOSE:To improve an operation rate of an expensive magnetizing electric power supply generating device, and to elevate its work efficiency, by connecting plural magnetic flaw detecting and inspecting devices to one magnetizing electric power supply generating device, and providing an interlocking circuit. CONSTITUTION:A switch 13 of a magnetizing electric power supply generating device 1 is closed, and a changeover switch 12a of one magnetic flaw detecting and inspecting device 3a is closed. As a result, an interlocking relay X4a is operated, a normally opened contact is closed, a pilot lamp 17a is turned on, and preparations for magnetizing electrification are arranged. On the other hand, a normally closed contact is opened, a circuit between a switch 12b- of other magnetic flaw detecting and inspecting device 3b-, and a relay X4b- is opened, and preparations for magnetizing electrification are not arranged. When an electrification switch 16a is operated, a magnetizing current adjusted by electrodes 190, 200 is supplied in the course of a set time of a timer 5a, and a crack inspection of a substance to be measured is executed. When the switch 12a is opened after said inspection has ended, the relay X4a is released, the pilot lamp 17a is turned off, and preparations of magnetizing electrificatio of other magnetic flaw detecting and inspecting device can be executed. |
