PURPOSE:To effectively utilize an iron core plate material and to reduce the using amount of the material by a method wherein roughly square-shaped iron core plates notched each angle section with suitable shape are punched for processing and the plates are stacked by successively shifting the plates by predetermined angles to make an iron core. CONSTITUTION:An iron core plate 8 is notched at each angle section A-D and punched in roughly square shape for processing. The notched sections are partitioned by a straight line or a curve passing through a point J having a larger diameter than a circular arc passing through the cross points E, F of each side generated when each iron core plate 8 is stacked by shifting a predetermined angle. One iron core 9 is made by shifting the plates 8 in the circumference direction by predetermined angles respectively. This minimizes the useless part of an iron core material and reduce the using material. |
