The process is for preparation or processing of rubbish into reusable materials in small particles or powder form. The undesirable and useless materials which may be admixed with the rubbish are separated out from the useful materials. The comminuted useful material is suspended in water to form a slurry and the infections or parasitic organisms which may be present in the slurry having come from the waste materials are exterminated. The solid particles contained in the slurry are further ground, and the remaining solid is removed from the water phase.
