PURPOSE:To flexibly protect confidentiality, by determining permission/impermission with a right of pass word, in providing and using a data of right to each data or a program. CONSTITUTION:When a pass word is set to a pass word register PWR and a start signal ST is given, an address control section ADC starts the control sequentially accessing each storage area of a pass word storage section M. A comparison section CO compares the content of a pass word signal PWS sequentially outputted with that of the pass word register PWR. Further, an exclusive logical logical sum circuit EOR and a condition comparison section CCO compare the coincidence of the sections to the pass word with that of the conditions relating to the level and a use permission signal is outputted from the result. If the condition is not coincident with the comparison even if the comparison of all pass words is finished, no permission is given. |
