PURPOSE:To bond a metal plate firmly to resin by a method wherein a metal plate having locking projections is preheated at 100-200 deg.C, supplied to a sizing mold and welded to a low ratio expansion resin sized by a sizing mold. CONSTITUTION:The low ratio expansion resin added to an extruder 1 is heated in the machine and extruded from a die nozzle 5 in a molten form. Extruded resin is inserted into a sizing mold 2. This sizing die 2 is forming die in other words. The low ratio expansion resin 6 extruded from the die nozzle 5 is expanded further in this die, pushes to the inside of the die and cooled. Expansion is stopped to obtain an extruding product 7 having a desired section. In the above procedure the metallic plate 8 is combined with the sizing die 2. The metallic plate 8 is pushed against the inside wall of the die by the expanding force of the low ratio expansion resin 6 in the sizing die 2 and welded to the resin 6. |
