PURPOSE:To reduce the invalid holding of path due to the reservation and to form an economical channel, by selecting with priority the path to be actually connected when the reserved path is selected and increasing the probability in that the selected path is identical with a part or the whole of another path. CONSTITUTION:A storage control telephone exchange system comprises a switch control part 5, a control circuit 6 which works based on an indication of the program stored in a program control part 7, a path idle/busy storage part 8, and a reserved path storage part 9. The circuit 6 gives first an access to the part 8 and then selects an idle path to allot it to a path 3. Then the circuit 6 gives an access to the part 9 to store the path 3 which is previously selected. The circuit 6 gives an access to both storage parts 8 and 9 and selects a path 1 stored in the part 9 to obtain an identification between the paths 3 and 1. When this selection is impossible, the circuit 6 gives an access to the part 8 to select the path 3. |
