The invention discloses a driven rope guide with two rope rollers (1, 3), of which one (1) is mounted on a pivotable bracket (2) and the other (3) is mounted on a stationary bracket (4). Disc springs brace the pivotable bracket (2) in the direction of the rope roller (3) mounted in a stationary manner, so that the rope (7) is held with pressure in the roller gap formed between the rope rollers (1, 3). The one rope roller (1) bears a wormwheel set (10) for attachment to a hydraulic motor.
