PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of a sludge layer and a sand layer by forming the sand layer by laminating a large number of moldings made of a water- permeable material and packed with sand. CONSTITUTION:Two water-permeable sheets are made into a bag, the several points of the bag are spot-bonded, and then sand 2 is packed in the bag to make a formed body 1. A large number of the formed bodies 1 are laminated to form a sand layer, whereby permitting soft ground to be dewatered suitably without the sand layer settling into sludge layer. By mixing a combination of inorganic materials consisting of various industrial wastes, e.g., activated carbon, slag, red mud, aged cement laitance, natural zeolite, coal bottom ash, flyash, etc., with the sand to be packed in th formed body 1, the drainning effect can be raised further. |
