PURPOSE:To enable fine control of movement of a shaft, by providing a pulse handle, specifying a feed speed proportioning a rotation speed, and a rotation direction discriminating part, discriminating whether the rotation direction of a handle is positive or negative. CONSTITUTION:A command analyzing part 1 causes a target position memory part 2 to store an analyzed target position. A switching part 5 has two change- over switches 51 and 52. When the memory part 5 is switched to a feed speed specifying system by means of a pulse handle 6, the change-over switches 51 and 52 are connected to the pulse handle 6 and the rotation direction discriminating part 6 side. In which case, by rotating the pulse handle 6 in response to a commanded feed speed by an operator, a feed speed responding to the rotation speed can be specified. When the switching part is switched to a feed speed specifying system effected by means of an override switch 11, the change-over switches 51 and 52 are connected to a pulse generator 7 and an override value reading part 10. |
