Compounds of general formula I (I) wherein n represents the number 0 or 1, A represents a methylene, vinylene or ethylene group optionally substituted by lower alkyl groups, B represents an alkylene group, R1 represents an optionally substituted alkyl, phenyl or naphthyl group, or a cycloalkyl or pyridyl group, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl group, and acid addition salts thereof. The new compounds show valuable pharmacological properties, particularly on antithrombotic activity. Processes for the preparation of the new compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing them, are also objects of this invention,
