PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for setting of the number of sheets by the next operator by resetting the copying mode automatically to a preset mode when the set number of sheets remains 0 for a constant time and no inputs for the number of sheets are inputted. CONSTITUTION:When the number of copying sheets is inputted with an operation board 1, the data thereof is displayed 4 through an interface 5, and is stored in the RAM of a microcomputer U1. When the set value stored already in the RAM is other than 0, the input number of sheets are copied via an interface 7 and a controller 6 for copying machine. If the next data is not inputted till the lapse of a constant time since setting of 0 thereafter, automatic clearing is actuated to return the number to the preset copying value, for example, 1, and the density set value to ''normal''. |
