PURPOSE:To analize the condition of the inside of a sample, by a method wherein the irradiation with X-rays of a wavelength of 0.1-2.5Angstrom is made from a direction crossing a heated sample surface approximately at right angles to detect a transmitting X-ray image. CONSTITUTION:The pellet in a reaction receptacle 4 heated by a high-frequency coil 5 is irradiated with X-rays of a wavelength of 0.1-2.5Angstrom emitted from an X-ray tube 1 having a Be window. Transmitting X-rays pass a film 2, they are photographed by an X-ray camera 3, and a change in the surface and the inside of the hot pellet is monitored in a monitor television 11. |
