PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a heat-insulating panel, by inserting a membrane fixing member having a low heat conductivity into a through-hole formed in the panel at the position thereof where a membrane is to be fixed, which membrane fixing member connects the membrane and the outer shell of a cryostatic tank in the manner that stress can be transmitted between them. CONSTITUTION:In a heat-insulating panel 1, there are formed a bolt hole 4 for fixing the same to the outer shell of a cryostatic tank 2 together with a through- hole 5 at the position thereof where a membrane is to be fixed. Further, an anchor hole 6 is formed in the outer shell of the tank 2 at the position thereof where the membrane is to be fixed, and a bottom piece 8a of a cylindrical, metal collar 8 with a flat bottom is fixed in place by an anchor bolt 7 fitted in the hole 6. A conical clamping member 9 is inserted into the metal collar 8, and one end of the anchor bolt 7 is received in a recess 9a formed at one end portion of the member 9 located on the side of the shell of the tank. Here, the clamping member 9 is made of a material having a lower heat conductivity than metals but with a required strength. |
