PURPOSE:To use water circularly by pumping up the water cleaned in the water purification plant, storing it in an upper reservoir as sucking up by a pump, rotating an water wheel via a penstock for operating a power generator, and returning the water to the purification plant via an offlet. CONSTITUTION:The water cleaned in a water purification plant 1 is pumped up by capillary tubes 2, sucked by a suction pump 4 via a suction pipe 3, and issued into an upper reservoir 5. The clean water in the upper water 5 is sent to the water wheel in a power plant 7 via a penstock 6, and the potential energy of the water is changed into the mechanical energy for operating a generator. |
