<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity as well as to alleviate the fatigue or to prevent lumbagos of workers by obtaining a constitution in which a spare tire can be thrown automatically into a trunk of a car body. CONSTITUTION:According to the order of car bodies conveyed by a conveyor 1, a specified tire 6 is supplied to a spare tire supplying device 4. Through this conveying device 4, the spare tire 6 is conveyed to a cradle 12 of a lifter 5, and is stopped by a stopper. Next, the movement of a chain 10 by a motor 9 raises a conveying platform 8, and the spare tire 6 is locked to a clamper 25. The clamper 25 is shifted until it is situated over and behind a conveyed car body 2 and inserted into a trunk 40. Then the clamper 25 stretches its air cylinder 26, releasing a pair of arms 27, in order to drop the spare tire 6 into the trunk 40.</p> |
