PURPOSE:To execute work of one stage with one blender blade and to shorten the whole stage by making a surface to be hemmed and a stopper surface of a material to be worked precedingly bent perpendicularly inclined plane parallel to the bender blade having inclined plane, and making an angle between a hemmed flange part and hemmed surface to be an acute angle. CONSTITUTION:A hemmed flange part 11a of a work 11 precedingly bent perpendicularly is kept perpendicular and an angle between the part 11a and a hemmed surface 11b is made acute by an angle corresponding to a inclined surface of a stopper. And the hemmed surface 11b of a material to be worked is made inclined as the same inclination to an inclined part 10a of the bender blade 10 and a stopper surface 12 is made as the same inclination. Next, the material to be worked 11 is pressed by the bender blade 10 and the stopper surface 12, then, the flange part 11a is stuck rigidly to the hemmed surface 11b. |
