PURPOSE:To shorten fabrication hours and improve qualities by forming a product preformed by the first stage gears into a rectangular shaped corrugated sheet at the second stage. CONSTITUTION:A plate 11 to be formed is preformed into a corrugated form by a pair of gears 12 and 13 which rotate while meshing with each other. Next, the preformed product 11a preformed in the first stage is inserted between a comb tooth-shaped lower die 14 and an upper die 15 which meshes with the die 14 and is movable up- and down-wards and pressed and formed. A plurality of projected intervals provided on the above dies 14 and 15 is made adjustable. Thus a rectangular-shaped corrugated sheet having good qualities is obtained in a short time. |
