PURPOSE:To enable to use a valve selectively as a two-way valve or a three-way value while preventing contamination inside the valve body, by fitting a mouth ring or a closure plug into a downward opening formed in the valve body in a freely detachable manner, and forming a barrier-steam injection space in a cylinder supporting member. CONSTITUTION:In case of using the valve as a three-way valve, a mouth ring 10 is fitted into a downward opening 1C formed in the main body 1 and air on the side of a cylinder head 5A is drawn out, whereby a valve body 4 comes into engagement with its valve seat 1E, so that fluid is passed from an opening 1A to the opening 1C. On the other hand, when air is introduced to the side of the cylinder head 5A, the valve body 4 is brought into engagement with another valve seat 10A, so that fluid is passed from the opening 1A to an opening 1B. The opening closing conditions at the time is detected by a detector rod 8 and a detector switch 9. Further, since a cylinder supporting member 3 is formed with a barrier-steam injection space 3A into and from which high-temperature steam is introduced and discharged through an inlet and an outlet ports 12, 13, the section of the space 3A in which a valve rod 2 is moved is isolated from the atmosphere, so that it is enabled to prevent contamination inside the valve that is possibly caused when the valve rod 2 is moved between the outside and the inside of the valve body 1. |
