PURPOSE:To efficiently heat and lubricate and to easily process, by jetting hot air having moisture from a draft clearance of a lower die, in processing a decorative steel plate under heating by using a lower die with the recessed surface and an upper die with the projected surface. CONSTITUTION:A decorative steel plate 3 is arranged on a plane 1c of a lower die 1 having a recessed surface part 1a which has a prescribed angle and is positioned at the central part of the plane 1c, a draft clearance part 1b formed at the lower side of the part 1a, and a vent hole 1e communincating the upper surface of the part 1b to the outside surface. Next, steam 8 is jetted from the part 1b through the hole 1e to heat a coated film 3a, and an upper die 4 is descended to press-form the plate 3 after the temperature of the film 3a attained the prescribed temperature. |
