PURPOSE:To contrive cost reduction while securing sufficient strength, by providing strengthened fiber only on four corner surface layers other than a part where stress is comparatively small, in a leaf spring made of FRP. CONSTITUTION:Divided carbon fibers 2 are provided concentratively on surface layer parts 1c, 1d, 1e and 1f at four corners other than these core parts 1a and 1b, as not so big stress is generated on the vertical core part 1a of a leaf spring 1 made of strengthened fiber resin when a vertical bending load is applied and not so big stress is generated on the lateral core part 1b when a lateral bending load is applied. With this, cost reduction can be contrived. |
