PURPOSE:To eliminate a forming device and the damage of a coil at the time of inserting the coil by providing a wedge guide provided adjacent to a blade with a function for forming an outer layer coil in an outer peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:A function of expanding and forming an outer layer coil 3B is provided at a wedge guide 5A disposed adjacent to a blade 6 for guiding the wedge to the slot of a core 1 at the time of inserting the coil. For example, the height H of the guide 5A is increased to the degree reaching the bottom of the slot, or a coil forming section is added. In this manner, even when high occupying rate of coil is inserted, the coil can be smoothly inserted without using of a forming device. |
