PURPOSE:To try emergency control operation as many times as an electronic exchange recovers to a normal state, and to maintain the functions of the electronic exchange, by providing a means of sending a start signal repeatedly to a circuit for starting an emergency control function. CONSTITUTION:Monitoring circuit ETE0 and ETE1 of external equipment ETE which monitors the normalcy of an electronic exchange are provided with two sequence control circuits SC, and normalcy monitoring signals S are sent to electronic circuits L0 and L1 through level conversion parts LV respectively. To two normalcy inspecting circuits SV, answer signals R are returned from the circuits L0 and L1 through the conversion parts LV. The normalcy of this signal R is detected by the circuit SV and if abnormality is detected, the circuits SV operate relays FL0 and FL1 to control the start control circuit CTL of a starting circuit COM. A start signal is sent out repeatedly and the frequency of transmission of the start signal is counted by a counting circuit CTR, so that even when the exchange does not recover a normal state even the signal is sent out as may times as predetermined, the transmission of the start signal is stopped. |
