PURPOSE:To provide a composite material for building which prevents cracking of a surface material at a time when expandable resin is injected, by a method wherein the surface material is bent in a cylinder so that seaming edge parts at both sides of the surface material are spaced at a given distance, the space between the seaming edge parts is seamed with a tape for covering in a manner that a slack is left, and a core material is inserted thereinto. CONSTITUTION:A surface material 12, whereon a natural wood in a thin laminar state is placed and which is bent in a cylinder, mates around a through-hole 30 consisting of a bottom tool 24 and a top force 22, a core material 4 is inserted into the bottom tool 24 and a top force 22, a core material 4 is inserted into the center, and expandable resin is injected between the surface material 12 and the core material 14 to foam and cure it to manufacture a composite material for building column. In case the composite material for building is manufactured, the surface material 12 is bent in a cylinder so that seaming edge parts 32a and 32b at both sides of the surface material 12 are spaced in parallel at a distance of a slight gap, and a space between the seaming edge parts 32a and 32b spaced at the given gap is covered with flexible and wide tape 42a and 42b for seaming in a manner that a slight slack is left. |
