PURPOSE:To record the data of a magnetic card with a certain level of density at all times, by controlling properly the interval of the electric signal to be supplied to a magnetic head in accordance with the shifting speed of the magnetic card. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic card MC is held between a magnetic head 9 and a roller 20 shifted as if a magnetic recording layer on the surface of the card MC rubbed the gap of the head 9. A detecting part comprising a light emitting element and a photodetector 30b delivers an electronic pulse signal having differnt intervals in accordance with the shifting speed of the card MC. With this pulse signal, the output timing of the signal which is supplied to the head 9 is controlled. As a result, the data is recorded on the card MC with a certain level of density. |
