PURPOSE:To increase the output capacity of a rotary electric machine with a stator frame of the same outer size by rotatably displacing iron plates punched in a shape cut at four corners of a square alternately at 45 deg. and laminating the plates to form a stator core. CONSTITUTION:When core plates 15 punched substantially in square shape are rotatably displaced at 45 deg. from each other and are thus laminated to form a stator core 14, the shape of the plates 15 is cut at four corners of a square, and is formed in the shape that the average outer diameter of both core plates thus displaced and laminated is substantially equal over the entire periphery and to the outer diameter at the positions of the crossing points of each both sides. In this manner, since larger stator core 14 can be contained in the stator frame 11 of the same outer diameter size, the output capacity can be increased. |
