PURPOSE:To obtain an input signal vs. control voltage level equivalent to a rectifying time constant circuit using a germanium diode by regulating the value of the resistance connected between the input and the output terminals of an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:One of half-wave rectifiers 6, 8 in which silicon diodes D12, D14 are connected to the output sides of amplifiers IC11, IC12 connected in parallel with the silicon diodes D11, D13 and resistors R12, R15, and negative feedback circuits R13, R16 are connected between the inputs of the amplifiers IC11, IC12 and the output terminals of the diodes is connected in parallel with the other connected through an inverting amplifier 7, and the output is fed to an integrator, which outputs a control voltage. The characteristics of the control voltage E0 can be varied to the input signal ei by varying the resistors R12, R15, becoming a curve (f) in case of R11<R12 and R13<<R12, thereby enabling to approach the characteristic (a) of a germanium diode by using the silicon diode, and improving the characteristic of the rectifying time constant circuit. |
