摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the size and weight of a commutation circuit and to improve the waveform distortion rate of the circuit by simultaneously commutating a plurality set of unit inverters with only one set of commutation capacitor and reactor only with half wave of the commutation vibration current. CONSTITUTION:When inverters 4, 5 are simultaneously commutated between a DC power source 1 and the inverter 4 or 5, commutation auxiliary switched 11, 12 are respectively inserted via a thyristor switch for isolating a unit inverter from the power source 1, and the AC output side of the inverters 4, 5 are connected to 3-phase output transformer 6. A series circuit of reverse blocking thyristors 7, 8 is connected between the terminals of the inverters 4, 5. A series circuit of reverse blocking thyristors 9, 10 reverse to the thyristors 7, 8 is connected between the other terminals of the inverters 4, 5. A commutation circuit of a series circuit of a commutation reactor 2 and a commutation condenser 3 is inserted to the neutral points of the thyristors 7, 8 and 9, 10.
