PURPOSE:To reduce the cost for the titled panel, by forming an air conditioner panel made of plastic in a body by a blow molding method. CONSTITUTION:A hollow board body formed by air blowing method of a parison made of plastics is made into a main body of a partition board 13, and the partition board 13 is formed in a body extending over a front board 15 and a rear board 16. The number and the location of the partition board can be designed apropriately in consideration of conditions for circulation of fluid, air ventilation at the time of air blowing and strength of a panel. Cave-in parts, such as a circle, an ellipse or a belt form may be provided further on the surface of the board for reinforcement. |
