PURPOSE:To improve safety and work efficiency, by performing automatic control of each action in such a manner that a core, formed with an adhesive surface by a both-side adhesive tape in a position near the floor surface, is lifted upward and then fed downward to between winding drums and fixed. CONSTITUTION:A both-side adhesive tape is glued to a core 16 by a tape gluing device 13 to form an adhesive surface, and then the device 13 is lifted by a hoist 15 and kept in a standby state. If a winding roller 5, finished with the winding, is pressed out onto a cradle 11, the standby core 16 is received to a core injector 17 by turning motion of a receiver 21 due to an air cylinder 39 and roller chain, and the core injector 17 is lowered on a guide rail 20 by extension of a wire rope 18 and turned in the vicinity of a drum 2, to release the core 16, placing the adhesive layer down side between drums 1, 2 and retain a web 3 onto the drum 1. Then the core 16 is fixed by a core chuck 7 and rider roll 6. In this way, safety and efficiency can be improved. |
