PURPOSE:To automatically wind a long sized object supplied at a constant speed, in a device helically winding the long sized object of unvulcanized rubber extrusion articles, by arranging a guide traverser of long sized object above a winding disc. CONSTITUTION:A rotary drive shaft 2 is radially arranged to the lower side of a winding disc 1, and the peripheral surface of a driving roller 3, moved slidably further rotated as one body with the shaft 2, is rollably contacted to a lower surface of the disc 1, then the roller 3 is moved interlocking to the disc 1 synchronously with its angular velocity. Further the roller 3 is moved in the radial direction of the disc 1 synchronously with movement longitudinally of the shaft 2. A guide traverser 5 of long sized objects is arranged above the disc 1, and the disc 1 is driven in such a manner that a corresponding part of the disc 1 to a point end of the traverser 5 is moved always at a constant speed, while the point end of the traverser 5 is radially moved in proportion to angular speed of the disc 1. Accordingly, a long sized object supplied at a constant speed can be spirally wound at a constant winding speed. |
