PURPOSE:To obtain accurate sensing in a bucket type continuous unloader by using a core of coil, formed in such a way that part of the core is directed always toward the hold bottom of the ship, as the magnetical means to sense the hold bottom. CONSTITUTION:In a bucket type continuous unloader, a core 33 is installed in such a way as protruding in the direction toward the hold bottom from the end part of mounting shaft 21 to be enclosed by a cylindrical body 25 and is fitted with a sensing coil 32, while the other end is likewise fitted with a core and an exciter coil. A magnetic circuit is formed between a scratch 26, mounting shaft 21 and the hold bottom with this core and exciter coil to thereby sense off the change in flux penetrating the magnetic circuit on the core 33 and sensing coil 32 side. With the output therefrom, the bucket elevator is controlled in expansion and contraction. Here, the lower end of the core 33 extending toward the hold bottom is formed as in curvature 34 of an arc of circle having an appropriate radius. |
