<p>Photopolymerisable compsn. comprises (A) a polymer which is the reaction prod. of a prepolymer derived from an organic cpd. of ave. active H functionality 2.0-2.2 and excess polyisocyanate, and an organic cpd. contg. 1 active H; (B) an addn. polymerisation activator; (C) a comonomer and (D) a natural or synthetic rubber in an amt. of wt. ratio rubber to polymer of 90-10:10-90. The polymer has mol. wt. 5000- 50000 and contains no free NCO gps. Related patent 4214965 claims a photopolymerisable compsn. contg. (A), (B)and (C). The compsn. may be used to form a flexographic high relief printing plate or in inks (claimed). It has improved light sensitivity and is not affected by storage in air and cures to form a durable, abrasion and solvent resistant finish.</p> |
