PURPOSE:To prevent the local concentration of metallic brazing by a method wherein blazing is performed by using metal forming metallic brazing and eutectic alloy along a junction surface through required gaps. CONSTITUTION:For example, Sendust cores 1 as a pair of metal magnetic material blocks are faced and arranged through required gap 2 by applying tin plating layers 3, for example, to the inside surfaces respectively. Brazing is done by performing heating treatment at a temperature of bout 700 deg.C by using the metallic brazing such as Ag-Cu-Zn alloy, for example. This prevents the local concentration of metallic brazing and saves the metallic brazing material by using a metal plating wire or the like forming metallic brazing and eutectic alloy while aimplifies and facilitates work. |
