<p>PURPOSE:To produce a vessel with a narrow spout (e.g. a bladder used for a pressure vessel) effectively by using a core made of resin material with stress cracking property. CONSTITUTION:A core is made of resin material which generates stress cracking, when it is in contact with solvent, and said core is composed of a cup like body 11 on a bottom side and a cup like body 12 on a spout side which are connected as one body with step portions 111 and 112. When this core is used, preformed material made of unvulcanized rubber is filled into the gap 5 constructed between the core 1 supported by a spindle 2, an upper metal mold 3 and a lower metal mold 4. Next, the metal molds 3, 4 are heated and pressed by heating plates 6, 7, thereby vulcanizing and forming the preformed material. Then after the spindle 2 is removed from the core 1 and solent is poured into the cavity from a hole 122, the resin pieces cracked and the solvent is removed and thus the vessel with a narrow spout is obtained. Further, as said resin material and solvent, e.g. a combination of polycarbonate resin and tetracarbonechlolide is used.</p> |
