CONSTITUTION:First, holders 17a and 18a of two lead terminals 17 and 18 provided to a base 14 and the base 14 between said holders 17a and 18a and applied with a sticky adhesive 19. A quartz bar 11 is clipped with the holders 17a and 18a by being dropped on the base 14 via a guide, and the quartz bar 11 and the holders 17a and 18a, and the quartz bar 11 and the base 14 are tentatively bonded with the adhesive 19.
