PURPOSE:1,4-Dihydropyridine derivatives of formula I [ (A) R1 is (substituted) aryl or heterocyclic radical; R2 and R3 are esterified carboxyl group; (1) either one of R4 and R5 in alkyl and the other cyano or substituted alkyl; (2) R4 and R5 are same radicals such as cyano and substituted alkyl; (2) R4 is H, alkyl; R3 and R5 farm, in combination, a radical of formula II,III, or V [where R6 is H, Me; R7 is 2(N,N-diethylamino] ethyl, 2-hydroxyethyl]. |
