PURPOSE:To enable detection of a phase difference without delay in time by counting a gradually-multiplied output of a reference signal during each period of the phase difference by using, as set and reset signals, the outputs obtained by transforming the waveforms of a reference input and an input to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A reference AC input E1 is inputted in the set terminal of a flip- flop circuit 6 via a waveform-shaping circuit 1 and a waveform-transforming circuit 3, while an AC input E2 to be measured is inputted in the reset terminal of the circuit 6 via a waveform-shaping circuit 2 and a waveform-transforming circuit 4. The output of the circuit 6 is inputted in an AND circuit 7 together with a pulse obtained by multiplying gradually a reference input frequency from a phase lock circuit 5 by 3,600, and the output of the circuit 7 is counted by a counting circuit 8. Meanwhile, data of a data retaining circuit 9 is renewed by an output pulse (d) and the counting circuit 8 is reset by an output of a one- shot circuit 10. The output of the retaining circuit 9 is displayed in a display unit 12 and also inputted in a D/A convertion circuit 13, and thus a phase angle is displayed as an analog amount. |
