PURPOSE:To perform the burring quickly by providing the circumferential curved face on a burring edge of a split type dies and performing the smoothing only by simply drawing out the long rod material. CONSTITUTION:The cutting chip 3 of the burring edge is secured to the holder 4 of a radial direction driver 2 and said chips 3, 3... are moved radially and collected to the central portion to provide one dies type burring edge. A long rod member 5 is passed axially as shown by an arrow (a) through the dies hole in the burring edge 3 then collides against a stopper 7 to be stopped and the pushing out of the long rod member 5 will be started by the piston 8 of the hydraulic cylinder, but the curl to be bent by the recessed face of the chip 3 of the edge collected at the central portion to form single dies is cut preliminarily by the edge 11A while furthermore the small curl is also cut down finally by means of the edge 11. The decurl is pushed to the end face side by means of the recessed face 12 to be but down completely. |
