PURPOSE:To easily form a speaker diaphragm plate, by performing etching treatment for the speaker diaphragm plate formed into a specified shape from a light metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:A specified diaphragm plate for a speaker is formed with a light metallic plate such as an aluminum or an aluminum alloy in comparatively thick, as about 1mm.. The diaphragm plate formed into a specified shape is dipped in an etching solution etching the speaker diaphragm plate constituent member to etch the surface of the diaphragm plate until the thickness of the diaphragm plate becomes about several tens-several hundreds mum, that is, until the specified weight is obtained. Thus, after the specified shape is constituted from a comparatively thick light metallic plate, the surface is chemically etched, allowing to manufacture even complicated shape of diaphragm plate with good efficiency. |
