PURPOSE:To improve tackiness of resin with alumina grinding grain or silicon carbide grinding grain in such a way that metal coating is done on the surface of alumina grinding grain or of silicon carbide grinding grain more than 1mum of thickness with copper particle or tin particle. CONSTITUTION:Aromatic triazine resin is melted for approximately an hour at approximately 110 deg.C of preheated temperature on the metal mold. Average grinding grain of alumina grinding grain or silicon carbide grinding grain, or the like which is applied metal coating with abrasive grinding grain or diamond or of cubic system of boron nitride, or the like, and metal, such as nickel particle, copper particle, or tin particle, or the like, in approximately 1mum of layer are uniformly dispersed and mixed together. Then, the mixture is pressed under heat for an hour at approximately 200 deg.C, and further pressed under pressure and heat for approximately 60min at approximately 260 deg.C. |
