PURPOSE:To prepare an easily eatable skewered product of edible meat, by steaming minced meat dumplings obtained by forming kneaded raw ingradients of minced meat, bread crumb, etc., coating them, and frying them with an oil. CONSTITUTION:Minced meat such as beaf, etc. is blended with bread crumb, and, if necessary, thinly cut onion, blended well, and kneaded. These kneaded raw ingradients are formed into a proper size to give minced meat dumplings, which are steamed so that they become eatable and are made into a fixed shape. The steamed minced meat dumplings are skewered, covered with a coating obtained by blending wheat with egg, etc., and fried with an oil. |
