The invention relates to a slatted counter-ceiling which is composed of load-bearing rails which are to be fastened on the ceiling parallel to, and at a distance from, one another, and of slats which are releasably fastened on said rails and run transversely thereto. Both the load-bearing rails and the slats are formed from complete sheet-metal U-profile rails with a narrow web and legs of the same length. In each case one of the two U-profile rails has protrusions which fit into said cutouts. The cutouts and the protrusions are designed and arranged such that, with part of the extent of the slat projecting into the load-bearing rail, the protrusions can move, when the two legs of one of the two U-profile rails are elastically bent together, into the cutouts of the other U-profile rail until it latches in there. |
