PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the concentration control stably with a high accuracy, by draining or hydrating a laver according to the concentration at a given level with a level and a concentration sensors provided in a laver preparing tank. CONSTITUTION:A laver fed from a laver feeding mechanism 1 and water from a pump 3 are fed to a preparing tank 2 and stirred by a stirring mechanism 5. If a water level sensor 4 senses a level (H), the concentration is measured by a concentration sensor 6, and the measured values are compared with a set value by a controller 13. In the case of the low concentration, water is discharged from the tank 2 by a draining mechanism 8. If the concentration is high, the laver is hydrated by a hydrating mechanism 7. If the concentration is a proper value, the laver is fed to a storage tank 9 by a pump motor 12 and then fed to a laver sheet forming machine. If the level in the preparing tank 2 is lowered, the laver and water are fed again to carry out the preparation. |
