PURPOSE:To obtain an economical processing system as a whole, by making a small subprocessor execute the minimum requirement and making a main processor the requirements which are beyond the capacity of the subprocessor. CONSTITUTION:When a processor 2 is activated from a channel, the processor 2 performs to control a connecting sequence etc. between a channel, and then sends a status information to a processor 1 and reports that an activation is started from the channel to the processor 1. The processor 1 analyzes the meaning of this activation by the status information, and e.g. if it is a reguest to transfer data, a transfer order is sent to the processor 2. When a transferring is completed, the processor 2 resports that the transferring is completed normally to the processor 1. While, in case a specific controlling code is received on the way of transferring and the processor 2 has no processing function for it, the processor 2 reports to the processor 1 that the processor 2 can not process it. The processor 1 analyzes the controlling code transferred and excecutes a processing accordingly. |
