The invention relates to a demodulator for frequency-modulated oscillations using a phase shifter capacitor for the input signal and a parallel resonant circuit connected to the phase shifter capacitor and tuned to the mid-frequency. It is provided according to the invention that one terminal of the parallel resonant circuit is connected to reference potential and the other terminal is connected via a capacitor to the downstream demodulation stage.
