PURPOSE:To obtain a voice output of the normal level even in a double-speed reproduction mode, by driving a magnetic tape in the same speed as the traveling speed of the magnetic tape in the recording mode and performing a frame feed reproduction at a double speed. CONSTITUTION:A switching transistor TR21 is set at a recording circuit of the video signal to give the bypass to the video signal toward an earth. That is, the video signal to be led out to an output terminal of a video signal processing circuit 22 is bypassed toward the earth when the TR21 is turned on. When the TR21 is turned off, the video signal led out to the output terminal of the circuit 22 is recorded on a magnetic tape via a rotary transistor TR23 and a video head 24. Thus a magnetic tape on which only the control signal is recorded is obtained by applying the positive voltage to the base of the TR21 to turn the TR21 on. Such magnetic tape is driven by a magnetic tape driving means, and the control signal is reproduced through a control head. Then the degree of delay is controlled for the monostable multivibrators 11 and 14. |
