PURPOSE:To increase mechanical strength while improving the efficiency of the motor by integrally fixing a bearing, a circuit substrate and a stator coil by an insulator. CONSTITUTION:The stator coils 9 are integrally formed together with the insulator 11 under a condition that they are inserted into the holes 8a of the circuit substrate 8 while the metal bearing 4, the circuit substrate 8 and the stator coils are formed integrally. Accordingly, sufficient strength can be obtained even when the circuit substrate 8 is thin while the efficiency of the motor can be improved by reducing gaps among rotor magnets 3 and a stator plate 12. The positional relationship of each part in case of the assembly of a transistor and a rectangular degree to the center of the shaft of the metal bearing 4 can be made accurate, the characteristics of the motor can be improved, and the vibration of the stator coils 9 can also be prevented. |
