PURPOSE:To facilitate formation process and obtain a part of good quality, by bonding and uniting a plurality of magnetic pieces with material of magnetic shielding effect, and by inserting and forming the united pieces. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of magnetic pieces 1 are bonded at proper positions of a nonmagnetic body 3 having magnetic shielding effect. holes 4 are used for positioning at the time of inserting a united body of the pieces 1 and plate 3 into a mold. The united body is put in the mold, and an armature is united by plastic formation. This manufacture facilitates the insertion of pieces 1 into the mold and also enables automatic insertion. The parts thus formed are improved in their quality. |
