<p>PURPOSE:To secure reverse operation and to prevent malfunction during switching, by selectively engaging two locking links with a cam provided coaxially to a power gear for transmitting switching force for a reel base, and locking the gear. CONSTITUTION:At the lower part of a power gear for transmitting switching force to a power transmission plate for changing reel bases, a cam 3 with locking parts 14 and 15 is fitted. The 1st and 2nd locking links 4 and 5 are supported pivotally on shafts 8 and 12', and springs 11 and 13 are provided. When a change lever 1 is intruded, the link 4 is disengaged to be locked by the locking part 15 of the link 5 and when the lever is returned, the cam 3 after being disengaged from the link 5 rotates similarly and is locked by the link 4. Therefore, the gear 2 is locked on every half turn through the reciprocation of the lever 1 and during this period, bases are switched securely through a pin 17' without malfunction.</p> |
